COVID-19 Safety Protocols

At Quad-Park we prioritize the safety of our customers and team members. In order to protect and ensure the safety of our customers and team members we have implemented the following COVID-19 Safety Protocols:

  1. Technicians are required to wear PPE during all site visits.

  2. All team members are required to maintain a fully vaccinated status and/or under-go routine COVID-19 testing.

  3. Team members who have symptoms, been exposed, or test positive for COVID-19 virus; are required to stay home for 10-days regardless of vaccination status.

  4. Quad-Park will notify customers of any confirmed or potential COVID-19 exposures.

  5. Customers shall notify Quad-Park of any confirmed or potential COVID-19 exposures and/or positive test results prior to scheduled on-site service visits. Quad-Park will work with customers on getting services rescheduled.

Service Cancellation Policy

At Quad-Park we understand that life happens. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a 24-hour notice. Appointments cancelled without a 24-hour notice, will incur a fee.

Cancellations made 24-hours or more in advance of the appointment/service date will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made less than 24-hours in advance will not receive a refund.
